My timer is not functioning properly
This guide may be helpful if you have a timer setup, but it is not working as intended. This may include not turning on, not turning off, or using the wrong timer.
Solution 1: Delete all timers (In-Range App Only)
Warning: This will delete all timers set on any device that controls your Oelo System.
- In the Oelo App locate the Settings Icon in the bottom right corner.
- Select "Delete All Timers"
- Create a new timer and verify that the system is working as intended.
Solution 2: Delete all timers individually
- In the Anywhere App, locate the Timers Icon in the bottom right corner.
- Click the Trash Icon to delete each timer until none remain.
- Create a new timer and verify that the system is working as intended.
Solution 3: Reset your Home Network
- Unplug the power cord connected to your Homes WiFi Network.
- Plug back in after 30 seconds to ensure a proper reset.
- Create a new timer and verify that the system is working as intended.
